About The Artist

Moonmoon Bhagchandka, an artist whose journey began with a serendipitous encounter that ignited an insatiable passion for creation. Born in 1984 in Jammu and now based in New Delhi,She found her calling through the captivating allure of a single painting online. With unwavering support and encouragement from her husband, She plunged into the realm of painting, infusing her canvases with a kaleidoscope of colors and boundless imagination. Embarking on a journey of self-exploration and self-discovery, transcending the limitations of any singular style to embrace the infinite possibilities of creativity. Each brush stroke echoes the diversity of my palette and different techniques. Qualified with a degree in English Honors from Delhi University and a Diploma in Applied Arts (Fashion Designing) from JD Institute of Fashion Technology, She navigate the dual roles of an artist and Co-Founder/Creative Director at Nmami Life with equal fervor. She upcoming exhibition, “Whispers of Paradise,” draws inspiration from cherished memories of Kashmir, weaving a narrative that captures the region’s ethereal essence. Through vibrant hues and evocative imagery, She invite you to embark on a journey, where resilience blooms amidst chaos and allure emerges from turmoil. Within the series, certain sequences gracefully blur the lines between dreams and reality, while others vividly embody metaphorical depths. For instance, the delicate imagery of a water lily and the heart-shaped oar “chappu” portrayed at many instances serve as poignant symbols, evoking a sense of love flourishing amidst the turbulent times in Kashmir.
